Our boutique facility is private yet spacious (400 sq meters for the Gym, 100 sq meters in our Pilates Studio). You will achieve the best physical results with state-of-the-art equipment and a full staff of sport professionals. Body composition is accurately measured with the Tanita system, which helps our trainers determine the best program for your needs.

 

Our Precor cardio-vascular training machines are designed with built-in heart rate monitor systems to effectively track your fitness progress, and the treadmills have private DVD players for your entertainment. Four plasma TVs are available for you to watch your favorite program while doing your cardio work.

Also available for your use is the Power Plate, a multi-directional Whole Body Vibration system. Whole Body Vibration provides amazing results in muscle toning and lengthening, increasing bone density, and even reducing cellulite, all in the course of a short fifteen minute session. The rest of the facility includes top-of-the-line weight training equipment supplied by Precor, Hoist and Panatta.

 

Members, hotel guests, and daily use persons also have access to the amenities of the exclusive Caudalie Vinothérapie® Spa. These include the outdoor (13m x 5m) and indoor (13m x 9m) non-chemical seawater swimming pools, sauna, salt inhalation Laconium, Hammam, adventure showers, and relaxing room, to name a few.
