During your phone call, or in your email, be sure to include information about your personal condition which will allow us to make an appropriate reservation (allergies, medication, recent surgeries, pregnancy etc.).
1. Scheduling your Appointment
a) All appointments are confirmed by one day notice by "sms" prior to the scheduled visit. Appointments that cannot be confirmed will not be held. We therefore kindly advise you to provide us with your accessible telephone number.
2. Cancellation of your Appointment
a) We work by appointment and reserve this time especially for you. If for any reason you can not make our appointment, cancellation must be made no less than 6 hours prior to treatment or a 100% of the treatment cost will be charged to your account. SPA Packages and Gift Certificate cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice so as to give us the opportunity to fill the allocated time.
b) Less than 6 hours (treatments) / 24 hours (packages and gift certificates) notice or failure to keep an appointment (no show) will result in the full amount being charged to your credit card.
3. Arrival
We suggest that you arrive at CaudalĂe VinothĂ©rapie SPA thirty minutes prior to your appointment to have a time to get changed, shower, and enjoy our facilities.
